I called David, Unlimited Off Road Auto & Repair Shop, after my Jeep Dealership said they wouldnt work with me. He made it very clear a water pump had to be ordered for 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee LX potentially taking two days to deliver then start working on my car. I dropped my car off on Thursday and had it back by Friday at noon. Communication - Superior Setting correct expectations- Superior Service - Superior Pricing - Superior I almost DONT want to write such a great review about this GEM of a Jeep Auto & Repair shop but I want to give the folks props. In search of a superior repair business the positive reviews here convinced me to have my truck towed over an hour sight unseen. Zac & David were professional, listened to my concerns and submitted a complete report with photos. They took the time to explain what needed immediate repair, what could be scheduled at a later date and other regular maintenance work that could be taken care of so that was very helpful. The steering on my vehicle is like new, alignment done correctly, oil change, filter and peace of mind on the hour+ drive home.
