I do not actively write reviews, and if so, it would be to complain about a vendor's poor service. However, I am writing this review about my recent experience with Off Road Unlimited - OUTSTANDING! OFU did a total lift and replacement of my 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ suspension system - Rock Krawler TJ 2 inch lift system, Bilstein shocks, complete chassis frame replacement, Teraflex TJ Dana 30/44, front & back LOD Destroyer bumpers, Method wheels, front & back differentials master bearings, Bank Monster exhaust, Yukon front axle spin fee kit, Yukon rear axle shafts, and more. Maurice (the owner) Desi at the front desk, and all their shop personnel are the most professional folks I have ever dealt with in the area of auto repair & maintenance - timely updates as work progressed with very helpful recommendations to make the end product absolutely superb. It was not an inexpensive undertaking, but the quality of equipment installed is top of the line, and installed with great expertise and attention to the fine details. The subsequent follow up for some fine tuning was timely and very satisfying. I highly recommend ORU. I will readily return to this company for future work. They are truly epic professionals in this area of specialty off road vehicle customization. Thank you to ORU for my experience!

Great work as usual! Recently had new headers and muffler installed greatly improving sound and performance of truck. Had one minor issue and they quickly took care of it. They stand by their work!

My new favorite place to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee worked on in the city. They have great communication and were able to locate a hard to find part quickly to get me back up and running. Will be using them going forward for any service/performance work.

My new favorite place to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee for any work. They were able to source a hard to find part very quickly and had me up and running in no time. I will be going back to them shortly for a lift and wheel/tire setup. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I have to visit Unlimited Off Road more frequently than I would like. However, I know that I can trust them to be honest with what is wrong and what my vehicle needs, and to always do a great job at a very reasonable price. Especially as a woman it can be very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who isn't going to try to tell me I need more work than I do or that something worse than is wrong with my car. I don't have to worry about that here! And they're always friendly.
