Unacceptable Lack of Accountability I brought my foreign car in for an alignment, and the shop accepted the job knowing exactly what kind of vehicle it was. While they completed the alignment, they couldn’t reset the driving stabilization system. When I came back, someone finally admitted they don’t service foreign vehicles and even said that, had they been the one checking it in, they wouldn’t have taken the car at all. No one mentioned any of this upfront, and worst of all — no one apologized. Not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience.” Just a shrug and a suggestion to take it somewhere else. Now I’m out more time and money to get the issue fully resolved. If you can’t support certain vehicles, say so from the beginning. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable.
