In search of a superior repair business the positive reviews here convinced me to have my truck towed over an hour sight unseen. Zac & David were professional, listened to my concerns and submitted a complete report with photos. They took the time to explain what needed immediate repair, what could be scheduled at a later date and other regular maintenance work that could be taken care of so that was very helpful. The steering on my vehicle is like new, alignment done correctly, oil change, filter and peace of mind on the hour+ drive home. I do not actively write reviews, and if so, it would be to complain about a vendor's poor service. However, I am writing this review about my recent experience with Off Road Unlimited - OUTSTANDING! OFU did a total lift and replacement of my 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ suspension system - Rock Krawler TJ 2 inch lift system, Bilstein shocks, complete chassis frame replacement, Teraflex TJ Dana 30/44, front & back LOD Destroyer bumpers, Method wheels, front & back differentials master bearings, Bank Monster exhaust, Yukon front axle spin fee kit, Yukon rear axle shafts, and more. Maurice (the owner) Desi at the front desk, and all their shop personnel are the most professional folks I have ever dealt with in the area of auto repair & maintenance - timely updates as work progressed with very helpful recommendations to make the end product absolutely superb. It was not an inexpensive undertaking, but the quality of equipment installed is top of the line, and installed with great expertise and attention to the fine details. The subsequent follow up for some fine tuning was timely and very satisfying. I highly recommend ORU. I will readily return to this company for future work. Great work as usual! Recently had new headers and muffler installed greatly improving sound and performance of truck. Had one minor issue and they quickly took care of it. They stand by their work!
