My new favorite place to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee worked on in the city. They have great communication and were able to locate a hard to find part quickly to get me back up and running. Will be using them going forward for any service/performance work.

My new favorite place to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee for any work. They were able to source a hard to find part very quickly and had me up and running in no time. I will be going back to them shortly for a lift and wheel/tire setup. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I have to visit Unlimited Off Road more frequently than I would like. However, I know that I can trust them to be honest with what is wrong and what my vehicle needs, and to always do a great job at a very reasonable price. Especially as a woman it can be very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who isn't going to try to tell me I need more work than I do or that something worse than is wrong with my car. I don't have to worry about that here! And they're always friendly.

The gentleman at Unlimited Off-Road Auto Repair offer great customer service for vehicle upgrades and repairs. Although I came in for an oil change and wheel and tire estimate, Zack, David, and their service technician completed a 25 point inspection of my vehicle and recommended some repairs that should be implemented. There was no pressure to have the repairs completed, however I elected to have them done, they even worked with the warranty service team I have to make sure the repairs and were necessary and completed. I purchased this used vehicle 6 months prior to their work, and I feel confident about the mechanical services and upgrades they provided for my vehicle. Zack told me if I had any issues or needed any other vehicle service to come back and see them. It was a pleasure working with the Unlimited Off-Road team.

Had a Snorkel installed on my truck.... which requires cutting into the fender, so it's fairly stressful in that regard. David and Unlimited overcame some small issues, and communicated with me every step. Install went great....critical installs that require attention to detail, and "proper" install. NO room for mistakes. I am now revisiting Unlimited for a roof rack install, and multiple light sets as well. I am sure they will knock it out of the park.

The team took good care of me. They explained what needed to be done immediately and what could wait.
